Teddy is proud to have successfully represented the citizens of the Commonwealth of Kentucky in his more than 24 years in practice and has helped obtain, through settlement or verdict, over $20,000,000.00 in recovery for injuries to his clients and their loved ones in cases involving Automobile, Motorcycle, and Trucking accidents, Premises Liability (Slip and Fall), Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect, Medical Malpractice, and Wrongful Death.

 

Teddy has also successfully represented the citizens of the Commonwealth of Kentucky in numerous actions versus insurance companies, including those for Bad Faith and violations of Kentucky's Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act.

After obtaining a Masters in Law (LLM) in Real Estate Development from University of Miami, Teddy returned to Kentucky and has been representing Commercial Real Estate Owners for over 25 years in their real estate acquisitions and  also Landlord Tenant matters.
